Choose CSV or ICS for your schedule
CSV is useful for checking rows in a spreadsheet. The download includes date, start, end, break, net_minutes and timezone. The input format uses only the first four fields: date, start, end, break. To reuse an exported file as input, retain those four columns and remove the remaining ones.
ICS is intended for calendar applications. Each shift becomes an event with a start and end instant; the description records net minutes, break deduction and source time zone. The break is a deduction in the description, not a separate calendar event. Rest days have no event.
Import a small sample first and check the dates in your calendar application. Importing the same schedule twice can create duplicate events depending on that application. Calendar exports are downloads; this site does not connect to your calendar account or automatically update an imported schedule.
